Although it is possible to visit the world-famous Machu Picchu as a day trip from Cusco, we definitely don’t recommend this approach.
The mighty Machu Picchu is South America's main tourist attraction and typically the main reason why tourists visit Cusco. We, therefore, advise spending a night at the hotel near the entrance or in Aguas Calientes.

Ruins of Moray 7
The Ruins of Moray, located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru, are a fascinating archaeological site consisting of a series of concentric, terraced circular depressions.
These terraces, which descend to a depth of approximately 30 meters (98 feet), were constructed by the Inca and are believed to have been used for agricultural experimentation.
